Our Role
Salt & Thyme serves as both a financial partner and strategic thought partner to Son of a Butcher (“SOB”), a Dallas-born concept that puts a playful, modern spin on the classic American burger joint. Built around chef-driven sliders, craveable sides, and over-the-top shakes, SOB combines nostalgic flavors with a bold, energetic personality.
What began as a concept inside Plano’s Legacy Hall has evolved into a distinctive standalone brand with locations across DFW. Salt & Thyme continues to support SOB’s growth and evolution while helping preserve the creativity, personality, and craveability at the heart of the brand.
