Our Role
Since opening its first location in 2017, Sixty Vines has grown to 17 locations across the country. Salt & Thyme serves as a financial partner, board member, and strategic thought partner, helping guide the brand’s growth while maintaining a focused, distinctive, and consistent experience across every location.
At the heart of Sixty Vines is a thoughtfully curated wine program paired with a seasonally inspired menu rooted in the fresh, ingredient-driven culinary spirit of Napa Valley. Together, they create an approachable wine country experience designed to be shared and enjoyed.
