Our Role
Before Ida Claire opened its doors in 2014, Salt & Thyme played an integral role as a marketing and brand development partner, helping bring the restaurant’s distinctive personality and vision to life. Inspired by the adventurous spirit of “Ida”—a well-traveled Southern woman with an eye for collected treasures and unexpected flavors—the concept puts a creative, globally inspired twist on classic Southern cuisine.
Beyond brand ideation and development, Salt & Thyme is also a financial partner in Ida Claire’s Addison and San Antonio locations, supporting the brand from its earliest beginnings through its continued growth.
